The buildings are located quite close to each other, which is not entirely convenient - it turns out that the residents will look out the windows and see their neighbors. In addition, the closer the house, the worse the insolation.

The design of residential buildings in the postmodern style was developed by the Russian architectural studio Prospekt. The facades of the buildings are decorated with vertical and horizontal panels. The color scheme is bright, based on the contrast of white, coffee and bright orange shades. The architects “played” with the geometry of the houses and visually smoothed out their massiveness, but they still look like “anthills”.

Landscape design is clearly not the developer’s strongest point. The courtyard area is poorly zoned and very sparsely landscaped - there are practically no trees, flower beds or even a banal lawn. Playgrounds and sports grounds are located next to the buildings and are small “islands” among the asphalt. In 2- and 3-room apartments, the dining area was prudently expanded. An additional living room can be arranged there. One-room housing has a combined bathroom, but in larger apartments they decided to divide it into a bathroom and toilet. As a result, the area is slightly larger. Some apartments have 2 bathrooms at once. There are no rooms allocated for dressing rooms and storage rooms, but there are spacious loggias.

Rating: 7/10, the layout from the developer could be more convenient, but all legal standards are met - even in the most compact studios it will be quite comfortable to live.

Non-residential stock: parking spaces, commercial areas

According to information as of May 2018, there were more than 140 spaces left for sale in the one-level underground parking lot. A garage box will cost from 800 thousand rubles.
